Both Nicole and Julie have been fortunate to have amazing mentors throughout their career and understand the big impact a mentor can have on professional development and advancement. Continuing to pay-it-forward and expanding our mentorship efforts allows us to fulfill our greater purpose.

Julie and Nicole both approach strategic decisions with confidence, and that has helped me find my voice. Having a front row seat to watch the two of them set the example of how to lead with empathy and continuously influence their team has been key to my success.

Nicole and Julie are fearless and robust leaders I looked up to as soon as I met. They broke barriers and led an entire program in a male-dominated field. She's assisted me with navigating annual reviews and compensation discussions. She gave me the confidence to have those conversations as a young professional and be an advocate for myself.

I can be shy in spaces that I feel I do not belong in and having Julie guide me in those scenarios has helped me grow as a person as well as grow my career. Julie has talked to me about salaries and pushing the offers, instead of just being thankful for a chance to be hired. Her advice has directly impacted my net worth by thousands of dollars - I never would have challenged my initial offer without her persistence in my head. It is in times like those that having a female mentor can help you feel confident and empowered, and can change the trajectory of your career!

As experts in the field, one of the biggest things Julie and Nicole have done is share their knowledge. They helped me understand complex financial concepts, industry trends, and the ever-changing market dynamics. They not only pushed me to be the best version of myself, but they pushed on the industry status-quo in order to pave the way for those who follow.
